Using Samachar Pathshala
Samachar Pathshala provides current-affairs reading, saved articles, progress tracking, revision, quizzes, summaries, and related learning tools for UPSC preparation. By using Samachar Pathshala, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and Google Sign-In
You may need to sign in with Google to use account sync, saved content, progress tracking, subscription access, and personalized features. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for activity that happens through your account.
Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may require a paid plan such as Samachar Pathshala Pro. Prices, billing periods, taxes, renewal terms, and available payment methods are shown during purchase.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Refunds, cancellations, and failed-payment handling are governed by the purchase flow, applicable provider rules, and applicable law.
Learning Content
Samachar Pathshala may include public news references, PIB-related material, summaries, AI-assisted explanations, quizzes, and revision prompts. This content is provided for education and exam preparation support only.
Samachar Pathshala is not an official Press Information Bureau, Government of India, Google, or payment-provider product. Always verify important information with official sources. Samachar Pathshala does not guarantee exam results, selection, marks, or completeness of coverage.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to break security, overload systems, scrape at abusive scale, or interfere with other users.
- Do not use Samachar Pathshala to upload, store, or share unlawful, infringing, harmful, or deceptive content.
- Do not copy, resell, or redistribute paid features or app content except where the app explicitly allows it.
Your Content and Activity
If Samachar Pathshala lets you create notes, preferences, or other user content, you keep ownership of your content. You give Samachar Pathshala permission to store, process, display, and sync that content only as needed to provide the service.
Intellectual Property
Samachar Pathshala's app design, software, branding, and original learning features belong to Samachar Pathshala or its licensors. Public-source references and third-party materials remain owned by their respective owners.
Third-Party Services
Samachar Pathshala may rely on Google Sign-In, payment processors, hosting providers, notification services, analytics, and other third-party services. Their own terms and policies may apply when you use those services through Samachar Pathshala.
Service Changes
We may add, change, pause, or remove features to improve the app, maintain security, comply with law, or operate the service. We try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but Samachar Pathshala may not always be available.

Samachar Pathshala is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability

Termination
You may stop using Samachar Pathshala at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create risk for other users, or if required by law.
